Zimmer Biomet CAD-CAM Biomet3i Cuttable Ti Base is a Ti-Base library for exocad DentalCAD built around the cuttable titanium base from the Biomet3i CAD-CAM range. It contains the precise Ti-Base geometry that exocad uses to align the digital restoration with the physical base after it has been adjusted in height.
The CAD designer selects the library in the implant wizard and then designs a crown, bridge element or hybrid abutment on top of the base. Because the Ti-Base is shortenable, the library is convenient for cases with limited interocclusal space.
It suits labs working on cement- or screw-retained restorations on Biomet3i connections. The library can be downloaded and integrated into the exocad implant workflow. It is a useful component for any Biomet3i-oriented digital production line.
