Dentsply Sirona CAD-CAM DentsplyAstra Cuttable Ti Base provides the digital description of the cuttable Astra Ti-Base for use in exocad DentalCAD. The component supplied is the Ti-Base, defining the bonding surface and emergence relevant for the restoration.
In the workflow, the designer selects this interface in the implant step and then models a crown or bridge that will later be cemented onto the trimmed titanium base. The cuttable variant is helpful where vertical space is limited and the base height has to be reduced chairside or in the lab.
