Zimmer Biomet ExpressFlex TiBase is a focused implant geometry library for exocad DentalCAD that provides the Ti-Base used with Zimmer Biomet ExpressFlex restorations. During the exocad implant workflow the technician selects this library at the gingiva-former stage, after which the software builds the design around the precise seating and rotation of the titanium base.
From there the case can be finished as cement- or screw-retained single crowns or short-span bridges. Because the Ti-Base component is supplied, the milled or printed structure mates predictably with the original Zimmer Biomet hardware. The library can be downloaded from the catalog and is intended for labs that already stock ExpressFlex titanium bases. Best suited to CAD designers producing routine implant restorations on this platform.
