DIO AQ-TiBase DIO-UF2
DIO AQ-TiBase DIO-UF2 is an exocad DentalCAD library dedicated to the AQ-TiBase component of the DIO system on the UF2 interface. The Ti-Base geometry inside the library represents the physical titanium base, including its bonding surface and prosthetic platform, so the CAD designer can model the superstructure with reliable seating.
In the implant module the Ti-Base is positioned to the scanbody or implant axis, and the crown or bridge is then designed to be bonded onto it. The data is tailored to DIO UF2, keeping connection dimensions consistent with the original part.
It suits laboratories producing hybrid abutments and screw-retained restorations on DIO AQ. The library can be downloaded and used within the exocad DentalCAD workflow.
