Nucleoss Angled TiBase
The Nucleoss Angled TiBase library extends exocad DentalCAD with angled Ti-Base components for Nucleoss implants. These geometries allow the designer to compensate for non-ideal implant axes when planning crowns or small bridges, repositioning the screw channel into a more favourable orientation.
When the technician selects the matching position in the implant project, DentalCAD uses the Ti-Base data to set up emergence and screw access correctly. The library can be downloaded and is suited to laboratories that frequently process Nucleoss cases with axis correction.
It fits naturally into the standard DentalCAD implant workflow alongside anatomy, material and milling parameters. For CAD designers handling aesthetic restorations on tilted implants, it is a focused and practical addition.
