The Zimmer Biomet TSV Express-Flex TiBase library extends exocad DentalCAD with the Ti-Base geometry of the TSV Express-Flex interface. Inside DentalCAD it is selected as the implant kit so that the designed crown, bridge or hybrid superstructure mates precisely with the titanium base used in the lab.
The Ti-Base reference defines the bonding channel, anti-rotation features and emergence reference, which keeps the digital design aligned with the physical part. It is intended for technicians producing bonded restorations on TSV Express-Flex and who need a reliable starting point for each case.
The library can be downloaded from the catalog and applied to both single-tooth and multi-unit work where Ti-Bases are used. Because only the Ti-Base is included, other component types should be sourced from dedicated libraries when required. A focused, practical addition to a Zimmer Biomet-oriented exocad setup.
