Zimmer Biomet CAD-CAM Zimmer Ti Base is a Ti-Base library for exocad DentalCAD focused on the standard titanium base from the Zimmer side of the Zimmer Biomet CAD-CAM range. It includes the precise interface and outer Ti-Base geometry that exocad references when fitting the digital restoration to the physical bonding base.
In the implant wizard the CAD designer selects this library and then designs a crown, bridge element or hybrid abutment cemented onto the base. It is a natural choice for laboratories receiving cases on classic Zimmer connections. The geometry supports both cement- and screw-retained design strategies in DentalCAD.
The library can be downloaded and integrated into the exocad implant workflow without disruption. It is a core building block for any Zimmer-oriented digital production line.
