The Camlog iSy-Titanium-base CAD-CAM free crown library is built around the iSy titanium base and is used in exocad DentalCAD for single-unit implant restorations on the iSy system. It contains the Ti-Base together with a free crown coping/crown component, so the designer gets a controlled bonding interface and at the same time enough freedom to model the outer crown shape.
In the implant module the technician picks the iSy Ti-Base, aligns it to the scanned position and DentalCAD constructs the crown body bonded to the base. It is suitable for zirconia, lithium disilicate or hybrid crowns where iSy is used as a cost-efficient implant solution.
The library can be downloaded and added to the exocad implant list. It is aimed at laboratories that handle iSy cases and want a clean, manufacturer-correct workflow for single crowns.
