Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA M 4mm NI

Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA M 4mm NI describes, for the implant module of exocad DentalCAD, the Astra Tech EV TitaniumBase ASA in the M geometry with a 4 mm gingival cuff in its non-engaging form. The NI version removes the anti-rotation feature on the CAD side, which makes it the correct choice for multi-unit bars and bridges where individual indexing would prevent passive seating.

Two download variants, Standard and FDA, are available to match regional regulatory needs. During design the library defines the connection profile, emergence and screw access for each unit placed on Astra EV abutments. It is intended for laboratories producing multi-unit screw-retained superstructures on the Astra Tech Implant System EV with original ASA components. The library can be downloaded from the catalog and is ready to use in current exocad DentalCAD installations.
