Implant Direct SmartBaseEngaging 4mm is an implant library for exocad DentalCAD covering the SmartBase Engaging configuration at the 4 mm reference. It is provided in two download variants — Engaging and FDA · Engaging — letting the technician pick the option that matches the components on the case.
Because both variants are engaging, the rotational lock makes them the appropriate choice for single-unit restorations rather than multi-unit splinted work, where non-engaging geometry is usually preferred. The library is selected at project setup so exocad knows the indexing and emergence reference of the SmartBase interface.
