Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA L 4mm brings the Astra Tech EV ASA L titanium base with a 4 mm gingival height into exocad DentalCAD as an indexed geometry. The taller cuff is intended for situations where the EV implant sits more deeply and the restoration must bridge a thicker layer of soft tissue.
Because the indexed feature is preserved, the Ti-base is equally usable for single crowns and for multi-unit work where a controlled rotational position is wanted. In exocad it is chosen during library selection so the designed restoration matches the correct EV interface and bonding zone.
Standard and FDA download variants are available to satisfy regional designations. The library is aimed at dental technicians and CAD designers handling EV cases with deeper soft-tissue profiles.
