BioHorizons one piece abutment CAM Ti-Blank type ME provides exocad DentalCAD with CAM geometry for one-piece BioHorizons abutments milled from a titanium ME blank. The designer uses it to model the entire abutment as a single titanium body, with the implant interface preconfigured to BioHorizons.
In the exocad implant workflow the ME blank boundary is respected so the design always stays within the machinable envelope. This is useful for individual abutments where margin, profile and angulation must be tuned to the patient. The library is well suited to labs and milling centres working with BioHorizons-compatible Ti-Blanks in the ME format.
It can be downloaded and integrated into the standard exocad component set. The result is reliable, repeatable production of custom one-piece titanium abutments.
