BioHorizons one piece abutment CAM Ti-Blank type IAC adds CAM-ready abutment geometry to exocad DentalCAD for the BioHorizons system. It targets the IAC titanium blank format, allowing the designer to model an individual abutment that will be milled as a single titanium component.
In the exocad implant workflow the library couples the implant interface with the limits of the IAC blank so that the design remains machinable. This supports cases requiring tailored emergence profiles, angulation correction or shoulder height adjustments directly in titanium.
The library suits laboratories and milling centres that process BioHorizons-compatible Ti-Blanks in-house. It can be downloaded and used inside exocad as part of the standard component selection. The outcome is a clean transition from digital design to a finished, custom one-piece titanium abutment.
