BioHorizons one piece abutment CAM CoCr-Blank type ME is a CAM-oriented library for exocad DentalCAD containing the abutment geometry of BioHorizons one-piece components in the ME CoCr blank format. The designer uses it to model individual abutments that will be milled as a single piece from a cobalt-chromium blank.
In the exocad implant workflow the library defines the implant interface and the blank envelope so the design stays inside the millable zone. This is particularly relevant for cases that require custom emergence or angulation correction in metal.
The library suits laboratories with five-axis CAM that machine BioHorizons-compatible CoCr blanks. It can be downloaded and added to the exocad component set. The result is a precise, fully digital path from implant scan to finished one-piece CoCr abutment.
