BioHorizons Easy Ti Temp Non-Hexed Vulcan is an implant library for exocad DentalCAD that provides the temporary component geometry of the BioHorizons Easy Ti Temp range in its non-hexed version. In the exocad workflow the technician selects it in the implant wizard to design provisional crowns or bridges that screw onto the original BioHorizons temporary base.
The non-hexed interface is particularly relevant for multi-unit splinted provisionals, where the absence of indexing simplifies passive seating. The library is therefore well suited to immediate loading concepts and short-term restorations during the healing phase.
It is targeted at laboratories that handle BioHorizons cases regularly and need a dedicated CAD reference for these temporary parts. The library can be downloaded and integrated into the existing implant library set in DentalCAD. This gives designers a consistent basis for planning long-term temporaries on BioHorizons implants.
