Paltop Ti-Temp

The Paltop Ti-Temp library extends exocad DentalCAD with the geometry of the Paltop temporary component. It is intended for the digital design of provisional implant-supported crowns and bridges that will be milled or printed on this temporary interface.

Inside the implant module of exocad DentalCAD the geometry is recognised as a regular Ti-base-style mating surface, so the technician can align the restoration, set the emergence profile and define the cement gap as usual. Margin, anti-rotation and screw channel positions follow the original Paltop component, which keeps the digital workflow consistent with the physical part.

This makes the library a good fit for laboratories and clinics producing temporary restorations on Paltop implants. It can be downloaded from the catalogue and used directly inside the exocad implant workflow.
