Thommen VARIOflex temp
Thommen VARIOflex temp is an implant library for exocad DentalCAD focused on provisional restorative components from the Thommen VARIOflex range. It provides the temporary component geometry needed to design provisional crowns and bridges that sit correctly on the implant interface.
In the DentalCAD workflow it is selected at the implant position step, after which the technician shapes the provisional contour, emergence and occlusion in the usual way. This allows quick fabrication of temporaries from PMMA or similar materials while the definitive restoration is being planned.
The library can be downloaded for use in DentalCAD. It is aimed at laboratories handling immediate or transitional Thommen cases that require a digitally designed provisional. It rounds out the Thommen libraries with a dedicated solution for the temporary phase of treatment.
