Thommen Ti-Base peek ScanAb
Thommen Ti-Base peek ScanAb is an implant library for exocad DentalCAD made for laboratories that scan Thommen implant positions using the PEEK ScanAb body. The library provides Ti-Base geometry matched to that scanning protocol, so the implant axis read from the model is transferred precisely into the CAD project.
The technician can then design crowns, bridges or hybrid abutments to be bonded onto the original Thommen titanium base. This is particularly useful when a metal scanbody is not available and the scannable PEEK component is used instead. The library can be downloaded for use in DentalCAD.
It pairs naturally with the standard Thommen Ti-Base library, covering both classical and PEEK ScanAb workflows. It keeps the digital chain consistent from scanning to final design.
