Thommen DyTi-Base PF 4 0 PEEK Captive Screw

The library supports the Thommen DyTi-Base PF 4.0 PEEK base in its captive-screw configuration. Inside exocad DentalCAD the Ti-Base geometry positions the future restoration over the implant and defines the screw-channel direction. Designers can build single crowns, provisional restorations or small bridges that will be bonded onto the PEEK base.

The captive-screw arrangement keeps the prosthetic screw retained during seating, which is useful for clinically demanding insertion situations. The library can be downloaded and used as a standard option in cement- or screw-retained workflows. It is intended for dental technicians and CAD designers handling Thommen cases on the 4.0 PEEK base.
