Nucleoss TiBase

Nucleoss TiBase is a focused implant library for exocad DentalCAD that delivers the Ti-Base geometry of the Nucleoss prosthetic line. The data describes the bonding interface, emergence and screw-channel position so exocad can build the digital restoration directly on top of the titanium base.

Designers use it for single crowns and short bridges that will be milled from ceramic or hybrid materials and then bonded to a Ti-Base. Within the DentalCAD workflow it is assigned at project setup and drives the matching of the restoration to the physical Ti-Base part.

It suits laboratories that routinely produce Nucleoss-based crown work in a digital workflow. The library can be downloaded by Nucleoss users working in exocad.
