Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA XL 3mm

Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA XL 3mm provides exocad DentalCAD with the geometry of the EV ASA XL titanium base in the taller 3mm cuff version. In the implant wizard the entry locks the correct mating surface, axial direction and emergence profile so the restoration is modelled on the real base.

The 3mm height is intended for clinical situations with deeper soft tissue, where a longer collar improves the contour and the cement margin position. Two variants — Standard and FDA — are included so the user can stay consistent with the regional naming convention.

The geometry works for single crowns as well as cement- or screw-retained multi-unit constructions on the EV connection. It can be downloaded and added to the existing exocad library set for implant prosthetic design.
