Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA XS 3mm

Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA XS 3mm provides the geometry of the EV ASA XS titanium base in its taller 3 mm gingival cuff. This cuff height is selected for cases with thicker soft tissue, where the restoration margin needs to be lifted further away from the implant shoulder for a more favourable emergence profile.

The data is used inside the exocad implant workflow when designing crowns or small bridges that bond onto this Ti-base. Two download variants, Standard and FDA, are supplied so the technician can choose the geometry corresponding to the physical part in their market.

The library can be downloaded and used in routine CAD production. It is aimed at dental technicians and CAD designers working with Dentsply Sirona EV who need reliable XS geometry at the 3 mm height.
