Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Zimmer Ti AtlantisFLO is a CAD library that brings the AtlantisFLO pre-milled titanium blanks on the Zimmer interface into the exocad DentalCAD environment. It supplies the digital geometry of the blank so the designer can plan an implant-supported restoration that will be milled from that exact stock.
In the exocad workflow it is selected during implant case setup, after which the CAD tools align the design to the blank and respect its available material envelope. Because it targets a specific blank type, it suits laboratories that produce individualised abutments and hybrid restorations on Zimmer-compatible implants.
It is intended for technicians who already work with the AtlantisFLO production chain and need an accurate digital counterpart. The library can be downloaded and added to the existing DentalCAD implant library set.
