Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Nobel Biocare Active Ti AtlantisFLO is an exocad DentalCAD library targeting the AtlantisFLO variant of Dentsply Sirona pre-milled titanium blanks for the Nobel Biocare Active interface. In practice the matching item is selected in the exocad implant dialogue, and the design is then built so that the milled result fits the AtlantisFLO blank geometry as well as the original Nobel Biocare Active connection.

This is convenient for custom abutments and small screw-retained substructures where exact respect of the blank envelope is critical. Because the workflow is aligned with Dentsply Sirona stock, milling sessions remain predictable and reproducible.

The library is intended for laboratories that have standardised on AtlantisFLO blanks for their Nobel Biocare cases. It is available for download and used inside the regular exocad implant design process.
