AB Dental Pre-Milled Blanks
AB Dental Pre-Milled Blanks is a CAD library for exocad DentalCAD that describes the outer envelope and interface of pre-milled titanium blanks produced for AB Dental implants. During design, exocad uses this geometry as a hard boundary, so the projected abutment or screw-retained restoration always stays within the millable volume of the chosen blank.
This is particularly useful for laboratories making customised abutments, angled-screw-channel restorations or small hybrid bridges in-house. The library plugs into the regular exocad implant workflow and follows the same logic as other blank libraries.
It can be downloaded and is intended for technicians who process AB Dental cases on compatible milling units and need precise digital representations of the blanks they keep in stock.
