Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Dentium CoCr is a geometry library for the exocad DentalCAD implant module that describes cobalt-chromium pre-milled blanks designed for Dentium-compatible implant restorations. In the design process the blank serves as the bounding body, so the modelled superstructure always remains inside the milling envelope of the original Dentsply Sirona blank.
The CoCr material choice makes the library particularly useful for milled metal frameworks such as bridges and bars on Dentium implants. Working from the original blank geometry ensures the implant interface is reproduced exactly and the part can be machined on the matching CAM holder.
The library is aimed at dental technicians and CAD designers handling routine and complex implant cases on Dentium connections. It can be downloaded and used directly for cement- or screw-retained implant designs in exocad.
