Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Neodent CoCr is an exocad DentalCAD implant library covering cobalt-chromium pre-milled blanks that mate with Neodent implant interfaces. In the implant module the designer positions the Neodent connection inside the blank and builds custom abutments or screw-retained superstructures using the library's geometry as the reference.
Standard exocad tools handle emergence profile, screw channel and contour, while the connection seat remains true to the Neodent interface. The resulting job is sent to CAM software for milling of the CoCr blank on compatible equipment. The library can be downloaded and is targeted at laboratories that produce CoCr-based work on Neodent platforms with Dentsply Sirona blanks.
It is equally useful for single crowns and longer screw-retained spans. As a whole it forms a reliable bridge between Neodent prosthetics and the Dentsply Sirona pre-milled blank workflow in exocad.
