The Camlog CAMLOG ti-base CADCAM free crown library brings the manufacturer's 'free' Ti-Base variant into exocad DentalCAD together with the matching coping/crown component. It is intended for single-unit implant crowns where the designer needs more flexibility in shaping the suprastructure above the Camlog titanium base.
Inside the implant wizard the Ti-Base is positioned on the Camlog interface, while the crown is built on top with adjustable wall thickness and emergence. This is particularly relevant for aesthetic anterior cases and tilted implants where the standard crown blank is too restrictive.
The library is aimed at laboratories already working with the Camlog CAMLOG free Ti-Base portfolio. It can be downloaded and integrated into the DentalCAD implant database. Restorations can be planned as cement- or screw-retained crowns depending on the clinical setup.
