Thommen DyTi-Base PF 4 5 Coated Captive Screw

The library introduces the Thommen DyTi-Base PF 4.5 coated base combined with a captive prosthetic screw. In exocad DentalCAD the Ti-Base geometry sets the seating and orientation of the restoration on the implant and defines the screw-access channel.

Technicians use it to design single crowns, small bridges or screw-retained units bonded onto the original titanium base. The 4.5 diameter suits cases where a wider emergence is needed, while the captive screw simplifies prosthetic handling.

It can be downloaded and added to standard cement- or screw-retained design routines. The library is intended for laboratories and CAD designers working with Thommen restorations on the 4.5 platform.
