Sweden & Martina Premilled Abutment
The Sweden & Martina Premilled Abutment library equips exocad DentalCAD with the abutment data required for digital design on premilled titanium blanks. The geometry reproduces the prefabricated connection zone of the blank, so the CAD designer only needs to shape the supragingival part.
During the implant workflow the abutment is chosen as the basis, and DentalCAD respects the protected area to keep the implant interface intact. This approach is widely used for cement- or screw-retained single units and short bridges where a custom titanium abutment is preferred.
The library can be downloaded and added to the exocad implant catalogue. It is aimed at laboratories that mill their own Sweden & Martina abutments in-house and need accurate manufacturer data.
