Paltop Ti-Abut Blank

Paltop Ti-Abut Blank is a library for exocad DentalCAD that represents Paltop's pre-machined titanium abutment blanks intended for custom abutment production. The blank already carries the validated implant-connection geometry, while the coronal portion is shaped individually inside DentalCAD.

During the exocad workflow the library is selected at the implant position step and then drives the custom abutment design module, where emergence profile, margin and angulation are tailored to the case. The resulting design is exported for milling on the original Paltop blank.

The library is aimed at dental laboratories and milling centres that fabricate individualised abutments on Paltop implants. It can be downloaded and used inside DentalCAD.
