Megagen AY SHA Cust Abt H Height 7mm is an exocad DentalCAD implant library that delivers the customizable abutment for the Megagen AY SHA interface in a tall 7 mm gingival (H) variant. The blank is brought into the standard implant project and freely reshaped to produce a patient-specific abutment with the required emergence profile and margin position.
A 7 mm collar is particularly useful in deeply placed implants and thick soft-tissue biotypes, allowing the restoration margin to be lifted closer to the gingival level for easier cementation and cleaning. The resulting abutment can support cement- or screw-retained single restorations depending on the chosen design.
