Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA XS 1mm provides exocad DentalCAD with the geometry of the EV ASA XS titanium base configured with the lowest 1 mm gingival cuff. The 1 mm height is typically chosen for cases with minimal soft tissue or where the emergence profile must be controlled very close to the implant shoulder.

Inside the exocad implant workflow it is referenced when designing single crowns or small bridges on this Ti-base. Two variants are offered, Standard and FDA, so the technician can pick the geometry that matches the physical component approved in their market.

The library can be downloaded and integrated into daily CAD production. It is aimed at dental technicians and CAD designers working with Dentsply Sirona EV who need accurate reference data for the XS interface.
