Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA XL 2mm gives exocad DentalCAD the exact reference geometry of the EV ASA XL titanium base with a 2mm cuff height. When the designer launches the implant wizard, this entry sets the mating surface, axial orientation and emergence profile that the restoration will be built upon.
The 2mm height adds a small amount of soft-tissue clearance compared with the 1mm option, which is useful in cases with a thicker gingival biotype. The library is supplied in Standard and FDA variants so the technician can stay aligned with the regional product naming.
The geometry works for crowns, bridges and other cement- or screw-retained restorations designed on the EV connection. It is available to download and add to the exocad library set used in daily implant cases.
