This library introduces the Dentsply Sirona Astra Tech EV TitaniumBase ASA in size S with a minimal 1 mm gingival cuff to exocad DentalCAD. The engaging geometry keeps the anti-rotation index, which is required for single-unit cement- or screw-retained restorations where a defined seating orientation is needed.
The low 1 mm collar is particularly relevant for thin biotypes and shallow soft-tissue situations. Two download variants are provided, Standard and FDA, depending on regional documentation requirements. Once selected in the implant module, the library drives the connection seat, emergence profile and screw-channel direction throughout crown and bridge design.
It is suited to laboratories restoring narrow-platform Astra Tech EV cases with the original small ASA TitaniumBase.
