Dentsply Sirona TitaniumBase EV ASA M 1mm NI is a CAD library for exocad DentalCAD reproducing the EV ASA M titanium base on the medium platform with a 1 mm gingival height. The NI label means the geometry is non-engaging, so the indexing surface is omitted — a configuration typically chosen for splinted bridges and multi-unit work where rotational lock on each abutment is not desired.

Two download variants are provided, Standard and FDA, to match the regional release of the components. Within DentalCAD the library serves as the bonding interface for designing crowns, bridges and hybrid prosthetics over this Ti-base. The files can be downloaded from the catalog and integrated into routine implant prosthetic workflows.
