This library brings Dentsply Sirona pre-milled cobalt-chrome blanks for the Xive S connection into exocad DentalCAD. The connection geometry is locked to the manufactured blank so designers can focus on the prosthetic shape rather than recreating the interface.
CoCr blanks are typically chosen when a stronger metal substructure is preferred over titanium for the customised part. Within the implant module the library supports the design of individualised abutments and screw-retained metal superstructures aligned with Xive S geometry.
It is intended for laboratories that mill cobalt-chrome in-house or coordinate with a milling centre on Xive S work. The library can be downloaded for production use. It is a focused option for Xive S users working in CoCr.
