Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Straumann BLX CoCr

This Dentsply Sirona library introduces the CoCr pre-milled blank geometry for the Straumann BLX connection into exocad DentalCAD. The blank carries the connection interface and outer envelope, so the designed superstructure stays compatible with the physical puck during milling.

Within the exocad implant project the BLX blank is selected at the start and drives feasible abutment shapes, screw access and emergence. Typical applications include individual abutments and small bridges in cobalt-chromium for BLX cases. The library is downloadable and is best suited to labs already milling Straumann-compatible CoCr blanks. It naturally combines with matching titanium BLX assets for mixed-material production.
