Dentsply Sirona Pre-milled blanks Nobel Biocare Active CoCr is an exocad DentalCAD implant library that describes cobalt-chromium pre-milled blanks intended for the NobelActive interface. Inside the implant module the designer places the NobelActive connection into the blank and models custom abutments or screw-retained superstructures with the rotational seat dictated by the library.
Standard exocad tools handle emergence profile, screw channel position and contour while the connection geometry remains true to NobelActive. The completed job is transferred to CAM software for milling of the CoCr blank on compatible equipment.
The library can be downloaded and is aimed at laboratories producing CoCr work on NobelActive with Dentsply Sirona pre-milled blanks. It supports both individual abutments and multi-unit metal frameworks. As a whole it is a focused tool for technicians who combine NobelActive prosthetics with the Dentsply Sirona CAM line.
