AB Dental CP Ti-Bases
The AB Dental CP Ti-Bases library extends exocad DentalCAD with Ti-Base geometries dedicated to the AB Dental CP component range. Inside the implant module the technician selects the matching Ti-Base, and the CAD software automatically references the seating surface and rotational feature when building the restoration.
From there the designer can shape a crown or small bridge as cement- or screw-retained work and finely tune the emergence profile against the soft-tissue scan. Margins, minimum wall thickness and cement gap are controlled by the standard exocad parameters, while the library handles the precise interface to the titanium base.
The library can be downloaded and is suited to laboratories that regularly produce restorations on AB Dental CP titanium bases and need a stable, validated CAD interface for daily production.
