PDL CatBack1 3.0 is a tooth anatomy library authored by PDL for use inside exocad DentalCAD. It supplies a sculpted reference shape for tooth position 3.0, conceived in the CatBack1 morphological style. Inside the DentalCAD workflow the technician picks this anatomy as the source tooth and the software adapts it to the prepared model, preserving cusps, ridges and fissure pattern.

It can drive single crowns, bridge pontics and full-anatomy monolithic restorations. The morphology suits technicians who want a consistent canine character across the case rather than mixing tooth shapes from different libraries. It is available for download and slots into the regular tooth library selector without changing the rest of the project setup.
