PDL PDL CatBack1 2.0
PDL CatBack1 2.0 marks the second-generation release of the CatBack1 morphology by PDL for exocad DentalCAD. Inside exocad the anatomy is selected like any other tooth model and is then automatically morphed to the case based on the preparation, antagonist and adjacent teeth.
It is well suited to technicians who design monolithic posterior crowns, full-contour bridges and screw- or cement-retained restorations where a consistent occlusal language is important. The library installs in the standard way — unpack and copy the folder into the DentalCAD library path, then restart the software.
As a major version it can coexist with earlier 1.x releases, letting the user pick the morphology that best matches each clinical situation.
