PDL PDL CatBack1 0.2

PDL CatBack1 0.2 continues the early CatBack1 development line by PDL, packaged as a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD. The set acts as a reference morphology during automatic tooth generation, so each crown, bridge pontic or full-anatomy unit inherits the characteristic ridges, fossae and cusp arrangement of the CatBack1 family.

Technicians typically pick the morphology before the proposal step and then fine-tune contacts and occlusion with the standard DentalCAD tools. Compared with 0.1 it still represents an early stage of the series, useful for those who want to track how the shape evolved or who prefer the look of the original revisions.

It is a good fit for everyday restorative cases where a predictable, restrained anatomy is welcome. The library is available to download. It pairs naturally with later CatBack1 releases in a single working set.
