The NT-Trading UniversalPilot sleeve library is designed for implant planning and surgical guide design in exocad exoplan. It contains the digital model of the universal pilot sleeve that integrates into the guide body and ensures accurate pilot drill guidance along the planned implant axis.
Suitable for pilot navigation workflows and stepwise drilling protocols with compatible surgical kits. Used by dental technicians, implantologists and digital dentistry centers when manufacturing surgical guides via 3D printing or milling. Installed in exoplan, the library automatically positions the sleeve relative to the virtual implant, controls offsets and depth, and exports an STL guide ready for production.
