Klockner fixation

The Klockner fixation library is designed for the exocad exoplan module and enables accurate planning of anchor (fixation) pins for surgical implant guides. Fixation pins increase guide stability during osteotomy and implant placement, which is especially important in partially or fully edentulous cases and mucosa-supported guides.

The library contains sleeve geometry and parameters required to position Klockner fixation pins within the guide design. It integrates with the exoplan guided surgery workflow: DICOM/STL import, implant planning, addition of fixation elements, and export of the guide for 3D printing or milling. Suitable for dental labs, digital production centers, and clinicians using the Klockner implant system.
