The Keystone Paltop Fixation library for exocad exoplan is designed for creating surgical guides that use Paltop fixation pins. It contains sleeve and socket geometries required for accurate positioning of fixation pins within guided implant templates.

This library is not an implant connection set — it is dedicated to stabilizing the surgical guide on the jaw during the surgical phase. Suitable for implantologists, oral surgeons, and dental technicians performing guided surgery workflows in exocad exoplan.

Once installed, Paltop fixation components become available in the guide design module, enabling precise digital planning, reliable template fixation, and predictable clinical outcomes in implant dentistry.
