The Universal Sleeve library for exocad exoplan provides digital models of universal surgical sleeves used when designing implant surgical guides. Unlike system-specific sleeves, universal sleeves are not tied to a particular implant or drill kit manufacturer and can be combined with custom drilling protocols, master sleeves, keys and reducers from various systems.

This makes the library valuable for clinics and dental labs working with multiple implant brands. In exoplan, sleeves are automatically aligned along the implant axis with adjustable offset and seating depth, ensuring accurate drill channel geometry in the navigation guide.

Suitable for single, partial and full-arch surgical guides, including pilot-, partially- and fully-guided protocols.
