AB Dental I6b One Piece Ball
The AB Dental I6b OnePieceBall library for exocad exoplan enables digital planning of one-piece implants from the I6b line with an integrated ball attachment. The monoblock design eliminates the need for a separate abutment: the removable prosthesis is retained directly on the spherical head via matrix housings.
Material is Titanium Grade 4. The FDA-marked version complies with US regulatory requirements. The library is used in exoplan for virtual implant positioning, surgical guide design, and alignment of the prosthetic plan with AB Dental's surgical protocol.
Indications: retention of full removable overdentures in the mandible or maxilla, particularly in narrow alveolar ridges where small-diameter implants are indicated. Suitable for clinics and dental labs running an AB Dental digital workflow.
