AB Dental MU-P24 Short Model Analog

The AB Dental MU-P24 Short Model Analog library equips exocad DentalCAD with Multi-Unit (MU) geometries that correspond to the short model analog of the MU-P24 abutment. By referencing the analog seated in the model, exocad aligns the restoration to the real laboratory situation and places the screw channel along the correct axis of the multi-unit.

This makes it convenient for screw-retained crowns on a single MU position as well as for bridges and hybrid frameworks where each unit must thread to its abutment. As multi-unit interfaces are non-engaging, the designer is free to develop occlusion, contacts and emergence profile without rotational constraints.

Standard exocad parameters control minimum wall thickness, material around the screw seat and cement gap. The library can be downloaded and is aimed at laboratories that build their AB Dental MU-P24 cases on short model analogs.
