ZRS zrs55

zrs55 is a tooth anatomy library for exocad DentalCAD that expands the technician's morphology selection with another reference set. After being chosen in the DentalCAD design wizard, the library provides the starting tooth shapes that the software adapts to the preparation, the neighbouring teeth and the antagonist arch.

The proposal is then taken further with the standard morphing, scaling and free-form sculpting tools until the anatomy matches the case. The morphology suits monolithic zirconia and lithium disilicate full-contour restorations, and also serves as a clean base for cut-back designs.

It is a good fit for designers who like to switch between anatomy styles to match patient age, gender and material. The library can be downloaded and used in DentalCAD as an additional anatomy option.
